Your Fixologist will ask you about your medical history and other relevant information, and perform relevant physiotherapy tests specific to you, to assess the way you move. They will explain their findings and discuss a treatment plan. Usually there is also time to start treatment in the initial assessment.

We’ll assess the performance and function of your pelvic floor, likely including your whole body functional movement and breathing mechanics, strength and endurance, pelvic floor contraction speed and its ability to lenghten and ‘let go’. Find out more.
